About the course
Indus Start-up School, is first of its kind in the world, preparing individuals
from all walks of life - students, working professionals and career
transitioners to acquire entrepreneurial competencies and mindsets to
re-role, re-learn, re-skill and re-invent oneself to enable career change or
become life, business and social entrepreneurs. Hence, regardless of the
career students choose to pursue, this course will equip them to succeed in
a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) world. Setting up one's
business is one of the many options they have to choose from. One of the
highlights of the Start-up School is facilitating internship opportunities with
MNC's and start-ups.
Curriculum Overview
The curriculum focuses on building leadership, innovation, business and climate change leadership competencies.
In the pursuit of developing proficiency in innovation, the focus will be on purpose, deep reading, design thinking and risk-taking
The curriculum provides experiential learning through Design Thinking, Business Case-Studies, Business Challenges, Hackathons and the use of Artificial Intelligence Systems (virtual robots and virtual reality)

About Indus International School
In January 2002, on the banks of River Indus at Leh, Lt. General Arjun Ray, PVSM, VSM (Retd.), a visionary
par excellence, drafted the vision of an IB school that would impart holistic education. It was a vision as
encompassing and nurturing as River Indus itself. With his foresight and conviction on the universalism of
human values, the Indus International School, Bangalore was established on 14th July, 2003. Currently, it is
