A World Topper and a record-breaking achievement
Indus is a school with a difference. We believe in Whole Education that focuses on every child’s all-round development. Our curriculum allows for cognitive, spiritual, emotional, and physical growth. At Indus, students are urged to try out different activities, discover their interests, and follow their passion, without compromising on academics.
This enables them to develop a sense of creativity, hone their skills, and prepare them for a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world. We believe that with a focus on holistic development, academic success follows through. The 7th batch of IB Diploma Programme stands proof to this.
Our students have made it through with flying colours. Ria Thimmaiahgari has broken past records of the highest marks secured with a perfect score of 45/45. She has emerged a World Topper and done us all proud. Five others have secured excellent scores that are 40 and above. They are Abhishek Deb Bathina (43), Ishita Chawla (43), Paavan Anish, Varma Alluri (41), Siddharth Thumati (41), and Shagun Dhanania (40).
In fact, 85% of our students have secured the IB Diploma this year which makes it the highest ever since the inception of the school.
Many of these students have received acceptance for further studies in renowned institutes around the world such as the University of California, Pennsylvania State University, University of British Columbia, Arizona State University, Brunel University London, and more. Our top achievers have also received scholarships up to the tune of $100,000. The graduating batch of IB Diploma Programme has proven that focus and grit bring great results.
On this glorious and proud occasion, we heartily congratulate all our students for putting their best foot forward and making us a proud Alma Mater. We also acknowledge the league of teachers for their guidance and dedication that has helped our students reach their full potential. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the parents for believing in us and sharing this moment of honour.
We look forward to raising the bar with more such achievements.
