Community leadership for a better tomorrow

Community Kitchen

It is extremely vital for our students to understand privilege, sensitize them to socio-economic norms and realize the dignity of labor. Our servant leadership initiative, Community Kitchen strives to imbibe these values in our students by introducing them to the conditions of migrant workers. With 4 verticals (cooking, packaging, gardening, distribution) overseen primarily by Indus students, 5 construction sites for migrant workers that will help provide the necessary nutrition to women & children, and an upcoming literacy center, we hope and aim to bring alive the idea of Think Global Act Local, and make a difference in our community as a whole.
