Developing circumstantial understanding through 3D models
At IELC RMV this week the students settled back into their routines. after a festive winter break. The students displayed transdisciplinary learning by constructing 3 D models of transport as part of their learning in Maths on shapes and tied it to their unit of Inquiry on Transport. The models they created helped them relate to 3-D shapes in their environment and helped create contextual awareness.
