CYBER CONSULTANT HIRED

A well known Techno-Legal Information Security Consultant Mr N Vijayashankar, who is also the Director of a Cyber Law College and Chairman of the Digital Society Foundation, has been hired by Indus International School as an adviser to the management. His decades of experience in the field of internet safety will be utilised by the School to further sensitize the students, parents and teachers.

COLLABORATION WITH SOCIETY FOR ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS AND SAFETY (SETS)

Two scientists from SETS – A Centre of Excellence in Information Security based in Chennai – visited Indus on 20 May and interacted with the CEO General Arjun Ray and the Principal Mrs Sarojini Rao. Indus is now in the process of collaborating with SETS to look at long term solutions to internet safety for the students
