Mr. John Carr

                  Secretary of the UK's Children's Charities' Coalition on Internet Safety, comprising all of the UK's major professional child welfare organizations. Mr. Carr was previously the Head of the Children and Technology Unit at NCH. He is a member of the British Government's Internet Task Force on Child Protection and is also a member of the Education Ministry's Task Force charged with ensuring that all families with children of school age have internet access at home.
