Giving back to the society, now and forever
At Indus International School, we believe Leaders are born out of the teachers who strive for excellence in their classrooms. We start by making a difference at the grassroot levels to give back to the society. by teaching children from low-income backgrounds and ensuring that get the exposure needed for them to grow academically.
We help students from below poverty line to grow as leaders and interact with technology and enhance their communication in English, that gives them the moral boost and confidence to conquer the world with their capabilities. The school provides equal opportunity and education facilities to the underprivileged living in its vicinity. This is the first such school run by the Indus rust. The school provides transport, mid-day meals, school uniform, shoes, socks, bags, textbooks and stationery to all the children, free of cost. Students from the local orphanage have been inducted into mainstream education. The students of Indus International school also get an opportunity to interact and help students from the community school, which helps in sensitizing them to the needs of others.
Everyone has the right to education and we help bridge that gap. Providing every child with the best quality of education by providing smart boards in the classroom and emphasizing on learning English and being technologically sound, not to forget the importance of sports. Children are exposed to a varied choice of international sports such as karate, golf, swimming and so on. While education is important for all we can’t forget the parents from rural area and hence we provide functional literacy-coaching to parents and help students with their homework in the rural areas. With the increasing knowledge and demand for everyone to go digital and technology taking over new innovations we help develop vocational skills among students in areas such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD); Animation & Graphics; Filmmaking, Photography, etc. We strive to achieve a better future and nurture the young minds of India.
