Mrs. Sarojini Rao
Mrs. Sarojini Rao, Principal, Indus International School is a university Gold medalist. Mrs. Rao is a double postgraduate in Education and Economics. She is trained in all the three IB programes (PYP, MYP and DP).
She has undergone special training programmes such as:
- Certificate in Contemporary School Leadership from Association for Supervision of Curriculum Development - an International Organisation based in USA
- Curriculum and Resource Development, and
- Creating and Administering an Effective school conducted by the Principal’s Training Center for International School Leadership, USA
Prior to being the Principal of Indus International School, she was Director Curriculum at Indus where she has successfully co-ordinated the implementation of IB and IGCSE in the School Curriculum.
Mrs. Sarojini Rao has also been instrumental in Planning curriculum and inter-curriculum strategy, defining academic and non academic objectives for the school, upgrading yardsticks for multiple intelligences, conducting Seminars and teacher training. Most recently, she also played a pivotal role in formulating the Entrepreneurship Curriculum for the School.
