The Physical Education Department at Indus strives to develop the skills of at least two sports in a student during an academic year. The student must select a different sport in the two terms. Every grade has 2 timetable periods in a week called sports hour during which the selected sport is practiced and played. In addition the primary and middle school has 2 additional periods of Physical education and Swimming.

The PE department is fully equipped to offer the following sports and has qualified and experience coaches for the same. The soprts offered at Indus are Soccer, Basketball, Swimming, Tennis, Horse Riding and all Track and field events.

inter house matches are held round the year and the school takes initiatives to give opportunities to students to participate in interschool sports competitions as well.
